UI/UX Design
During the design stage following the insights gathered from UX research we proceed to design an early iteration of the product.
Once this has been created, another round of UX research and testing can commence. The design stages include;
- prototyping
- wireframing
- interaction design
Requirement Analysis
Building on the consultation, insights gathered from UX research and needs to build a full fledged MVP.
Here we consider things like the feasibility of the product, cost of production, development timeline and needs of the user.
System Design
The structure of the software, such as the programming language, templates, user flows and application security measures.
Prototyping may also take place, in order for the development team to visualize the product and it’s functions prior to full development.
Development
The product will be developed to meet the specifications and business requirements of the client. This is where our development team turns the planning into code in order to produce a minimum viable digital product.
Once a minimum viable digital product has been produced, testing can commence.
Testing
Before deploying the digital product, we need to carry out quality assurance checks so that clients are able to publish their applications with no issues.
Some of the tests include performance tests, functionality testing and security testing.
Deployment & Maintenance
At this stage the product is delivered to the end user. Here users may find bugs and errors that were missed in the earlier testing phase.
Here the issues are fixed to enhance user experience and improve user retention.
